Digital support required

To run the TestWe application, you need a computer (desktop, laptop) or a Windows tablet with :

– 4 GB RAM required (8 GB recommended)
– 1 GB of free hard disk space
– 1 internet connection (Wifi or wired)

The TestWe application can be installed on :
– Mac (from OS 10.13)
– Windows (from Windows 10)
– Linux Ubuntu

If the version of your operating system is not displayed, please contact your school to borrow a computer that can support the TestWe software.

– To consult the website, please use only Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

The operating systems that are not supported by Testwe :

– XP
– Windows lower than Windows 10
– Windows 10 S
– Windows ARM (RT)
– MacOS lower than 10.13
– IOS (Ipad, Iphone)
– Android, Chromebook, Virtual Machine, Virtual Webcam, Linux (except Ubuntu)

Personal datas

Privacy is very important for us. As a provider of a digital testing solution, we protect the privacy and personal data of our users in each of the following ways:

Either you are a student, a candidate, a teacher, a grader, an admin, an institution or a training center, we do not sell any of your personal data, it remains your property. We are contractually bound with our partners not to make any commercial use of the data.

We only need the users essential data for the operation of the platform and its technical and operational assistance. It is to say, for in class or remote exams we know first name, last name, email address, student/applicant number, institution, program, webcam flow, operating system details and device used. This in order to provide the best possible experience.

Our General Terms and Conditions of Use are available on our software. You must read and accept them before using our services.

Our software is not a spyware. It does not interact with other software or files on your computer. TestWe does not collect any personal data (documents, photos, videos, etc.) stored on your computer/laptop. Indeed, we do not carry out any exchange of information or data between TestWe and third party software.

Our software does not in any way take control of your computer for the purpose of controlling or operating any other action or interaction with other software or application.

We use the services of AWS, located in Ile-de-France (Paris, France), as a server and hosting provider. Other large French and international companies have made the same decision. All AWS regions are designed, built and audited, on a regular basis, to meet the highest standards and to provide a high level of security for all customers. The AWS Europe region (Paris) is compliant with ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, SOC 1 (formerly SAS 70), SOC 2 and SOC 3 Security and Availability, PCI DSS Level 1, Health Data Host (HDS) , among many others.​​

For probative purposes, exams and answers are stored for a maximum of two years, except in special cases. Webcam flows are stored for a maximum of two months, except in special cases.
